Got my S24+ today and hoped to claim my Disney+ subscription, but when I try it constantly say "No devices found" (I deleted my S22+ as that was showing)
Is there someone sort of delay until the page recognizes my device , or maybe is it just busy AF as the phone shipped in the UK today ?
The device is registered on my Samsung account, I can see it on the devices tab on MY PAGE.
Hope someone can help.

I have the same issue too - samsung support are clueless and just shrug it off and pass me around

why does mine say 12 months but at the bottom it says expiry date 1.05.24 and 97 days left

Claim using the Samsung Wallet App, once you signed in scroll down to promotions and click on it (it should have a orange? circle next to it) the Disney offer was the 3rd one down just click it and the code can then be viewed.
