Claiming Disney+?/Disney Plus redemption page saying No devices found

Got my S24+ today and hoped to claim my Disney+ subscription, but when I try it constantly say "No devices found" (I deleted my S22+ as that was showing)

Is there someone sort of delay until the page recognizes my device , or maybe is it just busy AF as the phone shipped in the UK today ?

 

The device is registered on my Samsung account, I can see it on the devices tab on MY PAGE.

 

Hope someone can help.

Mine went through OK earlier today with my previous registered devices still on. Maybe quite a few folk are trying to do the same thing tonight overloading the system?

When I follow instructions to claim disney + there is no mention that it's available for s24 ultra although it's showed on the listing when pre ordering. Can anyone who has successfully claimed helped please?

Open the Samsung Wallet app on your S24 and it will show up there. It also showed me £30 to spend on the Galaxy Store, but I can't find anything.

Hey guys to get the promo you have to go into samsung wallet go to menu then promotions 😀
