12 Months Disney Plus

I got my S4 Ultra in February & signed up for the free 12 Months Disney Plus offer but I'm now getting a message that it runs out at the beginning of May, which is obviously only 3 months. Has anyone else had this problem?

Once you claim the code via Samsung Wallet. You will have until May to redeem the code on Disney+.

If you click the voucher on wallet, and click 'redeem' it should direct you to login/register an account with Disney+ and you will get the 12 months subscription free of charge.

I believe if you have a current subscription with Disney, you will need to cancel this in order to redeem the code.

If you don't redeem the code, you will lose it and will not recieve another.

I believe it's a reminder for the code expiry and not Disney + expiry.

You can confirm my opening the Disney app and going to accounts under settings .

You will probably have to sign in on the Web to see.

Hi, you get a certain amount of time to claim the 12 month subscription.
Otherwise, it will expire for you to claim it.

It is saying promotion will expire on 6th February 2025

That's right. Had the same. It's warning code will expire and not the actual code which if used will give you disney+ for a year

I gor S24 plus and camt find disney voucher even in wallet

This time, the disney channel expire very early 31.3.2024 so I missed my too. We have 1.5 months to claim or lose it. It was in booster than they moved it to wallet and it disappeared, as they are keeping it quiet to reduce claimants. Oh well, buy S25 and claim it asap and compliant to them asap

Can anyone advise how to cancel Disney+ subscription once you have activated the code (before the free period ends) please?
