Software update messed up all my app login details? Can anybody help me please?

Why is it that after a software update, it's messed up all my login details. I try to log into an app, with my saved password, it won't accept the details. 

I change the password and save it, then the next time i go to the app, I have the same problem again. What can I do, any ideas? Can anybody help me please.

What app is it? Any other app acting similarly

Go into your Samsung Pass to check what passwords have been saved for that particular app. 

If you have duplicate entries saved, then delete them @PrincessDonna
