Disney plus voucher from Samsung Wallet is invalid

Hello Samsung I brought a S24 ultra in Jan and tried to redeem Disney+ voucher generated in Samsung Wallet and I am getting error message. I tried contacting your support thru chat after getting confirmation from Disney support that the voucher is invalid and samsung has to.provide a new voucher. I am a bit lost after contacting them as they gave me a phone number to call. I tried to call a 0818 irish number but couldn't connect after trying for whole week.  Now I am suspecting after reading community posts is this a ponzi campaign??. Hope I get resolution. Not sure why a company like samsung doing this. Instead they can provide some user friendly mechanism 😳🤔. Thanks and Regards Krish.

If you already have a Disney subscription. You will need to stop this subscription and wait until it runs out.
After this the code should work.
Trouble is that in Ireland, promotions are a bit different. So you'd need to read the terms and conditions of the promotion for more details

I don't have a valid subscription now. I had to wait for a week before I could redeem the voucher. There is nothing tricky as I could reedem the disney voucher last time for Zflip without issues. Can I attach the chat response from Disney or how I can message privately to moderator.

Normally the Disney plus codes are redeemed on PC browsers while logged into your account.

Aleast it works there more easily and some people would have issues while trying on the phone.

Not sure why yours would say invalid.

You could still try it on a PC browser if possible if though they have said its invalid.

If not you might have to start a chat with Samsung.

The only way I think it would be invalid is if some part of the application was incorrect.
Did you use your new phone to apply for the code?
Usually claims should be done with the qualifying device

No guarantees they'll be able to resolve this but they'll try their best I'm sure.

I'm trying to redeem this 12 months Disney Plus. I'm on the Samsung website but don't see a QR code below the Disney image that says it should be there.

It's not working on any device phone ipad laptop I.e. the reason I had to contact disney support and there is no chat or email support for these kind of issues so had to call samsung and open a case.

The voucher is available thru Samsung wallet only and can be redeemed on disney for s24 series
