Chromebook claim approval?

Hey there,

submitted a claim for a promotional Chromebook after purchasing my new S24 - that was on the 20th, it's the 5th now. It said the claim is to be approved (or not) within 10 days, the claim webpage simply states "still processing" now. 

I've seen people who had the claim approved within minutes, so i'm assuming something isn't quite right here - i'm just left hanging with no actual information. 

Is this normal? What are my options? The promotion was the reason i decided on the S24 over another phone, so far i'm not impressed with the service, i don't see how 15 days isn't enough to approve a claim (or at least let me know if something more is required etc). Give it another 5 days and then look into an ASA complaint? Bit at a loss here.

We had a similar problem with the Google play promo took a long time just be patient it will happen

Placed an order for s24 ultra from Samsung mainly for the chromebook, now they have rejected my claim stating previous claims have breached terms. The thing is I have never made a claim before, this was 1st time and they don't want to give me info on what claims were made previously due to gdpr which does not make sense if it was done by me. Really disappointed as I can't fight my case and they wont budge. Thinking of sending the phone back.
Anyone had similar?
