Chat translation menu missing

I lost chat translation menu from how to get it back?

I looked at all of the solutions above. It still does not work for me. When I select the text box below a chat in Whatsapp, the box for translation previously appeared below. Now when I select the textbox the secondary box for AI translation does not appear.

Go to Settings > Security and Privacy > More Privacy Settings > Turn On Android personalization service.

After this I restart the phone..

 And its working.

I am sorrry you are having this problem to.  I also had my chat translation go missing and I've been through all the steps I have seen. S4 ultra

THANK YOU!!!!!! This fixed my problem. After I enabled the Samsung personalization and restarted my phone. It popped back up.

Do you know how I can get that interpreter app. I don't see it on the 21 ultra. I have clicked edit to add more and it's not there also.

it happen on me right now, doesnt show in Instagram chat, Only Whatsapp, Message was no problem.

I guess I get to jump through this rabbit hole next,  both me and my wife are having the same problem out of the blue.  Chat translate is missing from Google messenger just last Friday.  But it was working fine before,  now I only see it in WhatsApp. I've made sure personalized is turned on and that Google messenger is allowed. Does it just start randomly working again for other people?
