I lost chat translation menu from how to get it back?

I knw the reason finally!! After I place my sim card inside, it works!! Originally my phone was without simcard

Had the same issue. i went on a de-bloating spree and disabled a bunch of bloatware. One of the apps i disabled was smart suggestions. After re-enabling it, chat translation started working

I tried this, and it wasn't working for me. Reset all apps did not help either

Maybe you need to to get assistance from the physical store, sorry to hear that . Bt I believe it should hav solution

One more thing I was awared which is this chat translation feature is not working to all apps, it works on certain apps, like my "whatapps business app" doesn't have this function, too. However, if I was using the "line app" or "instagram app", the chat translation works.

In my situation chat translation menu disappear on all apps in same time. Whatsapp, Google Messages and on Messanger.

Looks like this is software bug.
