Smart tag transfer

Hi folks. I have just upgraded to an S24 Ultra and used smart switch to copy my apps etc. Mostly great but my 4 smart tags will not pair with the S24. Do I need to do a reset ? Thanks in advance

Open the SmartThings app on your phone or tablet.

Press the middle button on your SmartTag. The SmartTag will activate and make a sound.

A window will appear on your phone or tablet.

Tap Add Now.

Follow the on-screen instructions to finish setting up your SmartTag.

I never do smarthswitch.

But when I logged into my Samsung account all of my stuff got synced including my smart tags and stuff.

Actually they are available on both.my phones as I have kept my old phone.

My smart tags will not connect to my s24 .!!!! Changed battery , tried resetting, even reinstalled Smart App ...nothing
