Hi,

I have processed return of my wrong order I.e. 24 Ultra. I wanted to cancel the return. Whom I should contact? I am expecting free watch and £200 cashback. How can I assure it will come? I am not returning phone and liked s24 ultra.

Please suggest.

Though it depends on how long you've left it before wanting to cancel it.
Also because you started the return. The watch and cashback would have been cancelled.
Probably best to return the phone and reorder.
I feel you will run into all sorts of issues with the order if you try to keep it

@nnema: If you have already posted your Galaxy S24 Ultra back to us, and have been in touch to discuss the return, then it may not be possible to cancel the process at this stage. If you have yet to return the phone, then you do have the option of hanging on to it for over 14 days, as this will result in the return being refused.
