Did it get wet? How bad? Careful if you're trying to plug the charger in! Yes, use wireless for now. Charging port should naturally dry out in a few hours. However, there's no way of knowing if water has gotten inside (despite its IP rating). Leave it overnight. Preferably powered off!

If your phones liquid damage indicators have been activated, then you won't be able to get it repaired under warranty. Hope you have insurance.

Use a hairdryer and gently blow warm arm into it ( not too hot ) and don't continuously point it directly at the port to avoid frying the internals !
Try this see if it fixes and then try again later in the day lastly with a restart of the phone. I hope this helps !
