Calls do not stop media when phone on silent

Hello, 

Calls do not stop media (e.g. Spotify). I have searched everywhere for a solution (permissions, battery optimisation, etc.) but could not find. the solution. 

However, WhatsApp calls do stop media sound when my phone is on silent. This does not make any sense...

This is working as expected on my S23U. I use Samsung music player, phone is on silent, phone is connected to my helmet intercom via Bluetooth (motorcycle) and when I'm listening to music and a call comes thru, then the music is paused when I accept the call. Music resumes when call is ended.

What other media players have you tested?
