Difficulty downloading apps on the Google playstore

I have been finding it difficult to download some important apps on the playstore. All efforts to resolve this has been proven abortive. Any help will be appreciated

Can you expand on which apps and what efforts you made to resolve. Is it just the play store or Galaxy Store too.

Also, explain where the device was purchased, which country you are using it in, and if it's stock or rooted/flashed.

Thank you for your response. I wanted to download WES app, including my work apps in which I usually pick shifts. I tried using Google playstore .
I went to settings to update my address and also restart the phone, all to no avail. I bought the phone in the UK and resides in the UK.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with the WES app. Can you explain or post the link to the app so I can have a look. Same with your work apps.

I'm not sure what or why changing your address would achieve. What exactly is the error you're getting when trying to download those apps? Is this issue confined to just your device, or do you know anyone else (a work colleague, for example) who is also experiencing this?

Google are reporting having a search engine issues this afternoon due to a outrage not sure if it's effecting the Play Store throu.
