Good Lock updates available but Galaxy Store says up to date!

Hi guys,

Good Lock and some of its modules show a newer version on GALAXY Store than the versions I have installed on my S24Ultra, but when I go to the Store to update apps, the message is always "all apps up to date".

I have already cleared the cache of Galaxy Store and Good Lock, but it makes no difference.

I have a French S24Ultra if that makes any difference.

What I am missing?

Restart your phone and try again.

Also make sure all apps are updated in the Google store as well.

Also could be country dependent. So might take a while to show up.

I did restart and it is the same. And yes, apparently everything is updated in the Google Store 🤔

@Hmartins  Could also clear cache/Data in Galaxy Store.   Additionally does it make any difference using Data or wifi?

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

I did clear the cache and data in Galaxy Store and it is the same. Doesn't make difference if it's WiFi or Data.

Still not got it yet! I'd give it a bit longer, I only got my update a couple of days ago (UK). Did you reach out to the app developers? Did you make those location changes from Portugal to France, or didn't you bother.

Yes, I sent an email to the developers.

I have changed locations to France. No joy still 😳

This is going to sound illogical, but just want to rule it out. I know you said you've checked for updates, and none are forthcoming, and the version you have installed is .04.92, but....can you just check what version of Good Lock is currently being listed in your Galaxy store. I know it sounds daft, but I'm just wondering if the version in your Galaxy store is actually the most recent v 2.2.04.95, but the phone isn't seeing that it needs that update.

Yes, the version on the Galaxy Store is .95

And I have .92. Same for some Good Lock modules, I have the previous version installed and there are already newer versions.

Erm...so just uninstall the version you have and install the new one. Or am i missing something.
