I have an S24 Ultra. since moving to this device from an S20 5G, my personalised notification sounds were lost. This was mostly fine as i finally managed to resolve this issue. What i appear to not be able to resolve is getting my Blink door bell to play the door bell noise on my new phone. I have been into setting and can change the notification sound so there is a random sound which plays but i want the doorbell sound so i know theres someone at the door! I have approached blink who referred me to Samsung saying it isnt their product that has the issue. i just want my door bell noise back please! can anyone help?
