I'm Feeling "SAMSTUNG" about my Defective S24+

I' m feeling "SAMSTUNG" about my defective pre-order S24+  I shipped my S24+back on Wednesday, due to display issues (flat, dull, sterile image), plus an odd Bluetooth issue (the side Volume down button was non-responsive while streaming to my Bluetooth speaker.  It would "blink" in response, but not lower the volume unless you mashed on the button repeatedly. Very strange.)

I got my full refund today, 4 days later. But, I feel both mad and sad at the same time.  Let's call this feeling SAMSTUNG.

It's similar to how I got "Pixelated" by Google with a defective pre-order Pixel 6 phone two years ago.

Just as I'll never buy a Pixel again, it'll be a cold day in Hell before I buy another Samsung phone, and my last two phones were Samsung. The phones I bought for my kids were both Samsungs.  That's 3 Samsung phones for my family every 3 years or so.

Never again, Samsung!

So you got a defective device. Returned for a full refund. Why do you feel like you have been hard done by?
Could have explored the opportunity to get a replacement unit I'm sure.
It's unfortunate that occasionally there are units go out that have an issue. It's by no means only a Samsung problem. Happens with lots of other things from phones to cars.
But if the experience was that bad then it's upto you.
Hopefully you get something your happy with.

I appreciate it can be frustrating and disappointing when a phone doesn't operate at it should @StartMeUp

I appreciate you've lost confidence in the brand and product thus I wish you well with your future choices 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

At this rate you will be back to good old feature phones.

You need the luck. Best of luck for your next venture. 😇

Was this a no questions asked return?

Or did u have to visit the service center and let the service guy decide whether or not your device was faulty?

Plz let me know because im struggling to return my s24 ultra for the same reason but the service center is denying any fault in the device.

Plz reply ASAP

Sorry, just saw your message. It was an NQA return following my calling Samsung Support and requesting a FEDEX return label.

Yesterday, I learned they now plan to release a patch to fix the screen issue after all, so it really IS a problem.

Of course, I was gaslit on that, ran outa time and returned mine.

Which means I'm even more SAMSTUNG, as there was no patch coming on Feb 1st.  Argh.
