Black screen

I’m using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra running the latest Android version. When I receive WhatsApp calls, the screen goes black but the ringtone plays. I can't see who’s calling or answer the call. I’ve tried all permissions, reinstalling, Secure Folder, and background settings, but nothing worked. This only happens on WhatsApp, and the issue happens even in Safe Mode and Secure Folder.
Please advise or escalate as a compatibility issue with the s24 ultra.

Is this happening only on WhatsApp calls, or on other platforms such as regular calls and Messenger? If it's only WhatsApp, I would contact their support.

Being a forum for members/customers, Samsung can't do much here, as they don't see it. If you feel this is a Samsung issue, I would reach out directly. But as I've said, this is normally an app development issue.
