Recently, I've encountered a problem: on the Messanger app when I am getting a video call, my camera doesn't turn on and my screen is fully black(and sometimes shakes the pictogram, even if it is miniaturized/chat head. I Got told that the sound from my side of the call(while being in it, is ok at best, but I got told that sometimes it is really bad and has a pop-like sound).
This issue seems to be pretty old from my quick research, is there any way to fix it?
