Dissatisfied with S24 ultra

This phone is extremely heavily and not comfortable to hold. Camera features promised don't work. I have been a Samsung fan for 15 years.... But, it is not looking good....

May I ask what phone you have come from to then owning the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra @ClinicalResearcher  🤔 

You'll find that one adapts to a new phone. 

The phone isn't the lightest on the market but then again it is an Ultra. 

I hold mine with my pinky finger underneath the bottom edge which helps balance it. 

As for the cameras if the normal point and click affair isn't good enough for you, then the camera is full of settings along with additional apps in the Playstore and Galaxy Store. 

What don't you like about the photos. 

Optimisation can also be reduced or increased in the settings.

I came from Samsung Note 20 ultra - which was better to hold and still is an incredible phone!

Well I'm sorry but you knew the dimensions of the phone before you purchased it surely?? Why come on here and moan about the size just get rid of it then

I mean it's the 5th generation of the S Ultra lines now, surely you'd have seen at least one of them in that time, at least held and tried one in hand perhaps?

I've owned and used every S Ultra phone and I can't say it feels any heavier than any of them. Compared to my Note 10+ 5G it feels slightly bulkier, but can't say it's any harder to use.
