Had the s24+ over a month and battery drain is crazy, No improvement, for a flagship phone I'm disappointed 👎

What's draining the battery? Look in the battery stats and see if any apps are running that shouldn't need to. What screen on time do you get?

All the battery stats are fine, a full charge about 4 hours if that and that's moderate use

Hey there

Are you talking 4 hours where you are constantly touching the screen or 4 hours say of streaming?

It does feel a bit in the low side, all that said. When you got your device, did you use SmartSwitch to copy everything across or did you start from scratch?
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

But which apps are using the battery the most ?

There's a few things to try that can help, you may have tried them already, 4 hrs doesn't sound great but with some adjustments you could possibly increase that fairly significantly depending on your usage.

@dazza316 can you run the phone from full charge to approximately 15% and then in your Device Care Section under Battery screenshot all the apps and include the top status bar and post that here.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I am getting similar with my s24+ 4.5 hours sot roughly. That's running it from 80% to 20%. For me it's OK as I came from an s10+ where the battery was shot after having it 4 years. I find social media scrolling etc kicks the battery a lot. Am guessing streaming isn't as heavy on the battery but I haven't tested that. As far as the phone itself goes though I am impressed with it

I suggest you watch performance and comparison videos on YouTube between the both chips used on the S24 series (snapdragon vs exynos).
If you are an unlucky customer like me who got the international version of the S24, then I'm afraid to tell you received a phone with the exynos chipset which is terrible. Not buying Samsung anymore.
