Hey people!

Im now with my S24 (The european version with exynos) and i have a big problem with the battery, it's drain for 5 hours with only open Bluetooth (for my buds and smartwatch) and the wifi. I came from A52 and there i didn't have any problem. Like if i wake up at 8:00am at 2:00 pm a i have to plug it again. Like deam, i got a 1000€ smartphone and i expect to can last at least one normal day without having my charger with me, like other smartphones (🍏)

Hi @justnick22

How long have you been using your phone @justnick22  ?

I ask as it can take approximately 2 weeks for the learning phase to conclude.

Also take a look in your Device Care to see what apps are using the battery.

Some who have used Samsung SmartSwitch to move across their information have cone across hiccups which seems to be resolved via a factory reset and setting up the phone manually from the Playstore and Galaxy Store.

I use Samsung Cloud.

I too have owned Samsung phones with the Samsung Exynos Soc inside and have been happy with battery.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Personally my battery life with the S22u is not the greatest.
But the s24s should have no issue. @BandOfBrothers has some great tips :face-with-tears-of-joy:

I have the same issue and have noticed that when the battery drains fast it's because it gets very hot 🔋🔥
By checking the battery temperature (using DevCheck app) I noticed that indeed it jumps from the usual 28-32°C (84-90°F) to 40-44°C (104-111°F).

Has any of you noticed the temperature issue like me?

Most of the time I can temporarily resolve it by switching off the SIM card/s and switching it/them on again.

I posted a longer message about my experience above in another thread, if anyone is interested to give it a read.
