You need to click the battery data and see what is draining your battery so much. You might find a rogue app in the background is taking a lot of your battery.

Looking at your screenshot you have two sim card with the battery required to maintain a cellular signal on each of them, as well as 5G to consider.

4h20 does seem to be a bit low for a daily use, which model do you use, the base s24 or an ultra ?

Best thing to do is to check first if anything is draining the phone that you are unaware.

First of all, if you go through my posts you can see all the updates. I didn't use smart switch initially and I already tried factory resetting my phone. Should I reset the phone 2nd time? Is there anything I am doing wrong

Hi @adhi3

Try run you phone into safe mode and see if it's 3rd party apps causing it :
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/?srslti...

Wipe cache partition:
Turn off your phone, plug to PC tv etc via USB Then press and hold power and volume up button until samsung logo appears Then quickly release power button and keep holding volume up button until reboot menu appears then navigate with volume down button till wipe cache partition press confirm restart your phone.

Batterystats reset:
Open phones dialer type *#9900# scroll till you see batterystats reset press on it (autoblecker need to be off and stock phone app needs to be used)

Check all apps and see whitch ones drain most power reinstall them.

If phone new battery needs 1-2 weeks, the learning cycle to adjust. Also power saving mode is useful.

I would suggest to send this as feedback directly to Samsung via your Samsung Members App too for samsung to analyse, even if you have already.

A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone if necessary @adhi3

Please let us know how you get on.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Is this on a watch or phone/tablet?
Since my watch updated the battery is lasting 6hrs, not a full shift at work. I've rurn location off, brightness, volume everything down or off. Nothing comes through except text, WhatsApp and calls. And it's got the original watch face on.
