So I switch to 4g/Lte in sim settings as when I'm out and about 5g shows up but it's so slow it's unusable ( around the countryside not in major towns etc ) but the phone insists on turning back on 5g ? Is there a way to turn off 5g auto selecting ? It won't stay on 4g

@Easty: Please head to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode, and select '4G/3G/2G (auto connect)', and this will connect to the strongest available mobile data signal, without connecting to 5G.
