When you signed up to beta (in assuming you are in beta here), as part of the registration process a page was presented to you specifically about Google Pay / Wallet.
Samsung could not have made this clearer and is why you must read the information presented and not just click OK.

As far as I'm aware there isn't a workaround.
If these types of payments options are vital then either leave the Beta Programme, or use a secondary phone to make payments.
