Add Boarding pass to wallet

It's been a pixel exclusive feature for a while but I've just taken a screenshot of my British Airways boarding pass on my S24U and it now gives the option of adding to Samsung wallet. 

Not sure which phones it's now available on though.

New user to the wallet stuff. But loving that I can use it as a default transport card for tfl without even unlocking the phone. Feels futuristic to me.

id love to be able to use samsung wallet, although because i have an under 16s card it doesnt let me😅

I love this feature but have not tried it yet.
So at the ticket machine, do I just tap my phone, or do I need to unlock it and let myself in to Samsung Wallet via my fingerprint and then tap? I want to get rid of the oyster card!

For you to use that without unlocking, you would have to leave NFC on. That's not a good idea, as that subjects you potential stealing of data, identity and credit/debit cards skiming

I would turn nfc off immediately, when not in use, especially if using Google wallet as it doesn't require authentication to use credit or debit cards.

I don't use Samsung Wallet but I think that requires fingerprint or pin to use it

I believe that's right, those who use Samsung Wallet feel free to jump in

As to adding boarding pass to Google wallet, I have been able to do that for a while, that's not new as far as I know, you can save Loyalty cards too

Have you been able to screenshot a QR code and add to google wallet on a Samsung before? Some apps have an add to wallet button which is different.

Just tap and go. It only works with tfl though. Quiet handy if you use bus and tube.

Me new user. It only works for tfl. For payments and stuff you need to fingerprint unlock to pay.
