I couldn't connect to 5G network with my S24 Ultra. Did anyone meet the same problem? And what could be the solution?

Who or where did you get the phone from

Is it meant for your region or for some other part of the world. Post software version from settings/about phone/software information

It looks like you have UAE firmware (KSA) which might explain issues with 5g connectivity

Well, find out if two countries use same 5g frequencies and if they do look potentially into changing csc . That said all this is out of scope for this forum

Hello,

I'm facing into the same issue with my new S24 FE which has KSA as CSC.
As I live in Madagascar, there are 2 network carriers that have 5G signal but it doesn't receive any 5G signal.

And before I get this new smartphone, I met the same issue with A33 5G which CSC is XFA.
It's supposed to be compatible with local networks since I bought it from the official distributor.


Whereas I noticed my colleague's S22 do receive 5G signal but her CSC is XAA.
