I purchased the s24 when released. I have had a galaxy since Samsung first released that model. Well this will be my last one. All the messing around with UI7 has convinced me to try another manufacturer in the future. Shame as I like the phone.
What messing around? One UI 7 is in Beta at the moment, so still some development work in progress. It's going to be released at some point soon but as yet until the software is ready. No date is going to be announced. One UI 7 is a major upgrade and older devices need to be adapted software wise to make sure its properly functional and optimised As soon as its ready it will be sent out to compatable devices
I know software updates are kind of a bit of a let down, but you have a performant capable phone loaded with features, I have UI on my phone and I love it, enjoy it.
Id say withholding android 15 knowing the one UI 7 Update will not be ready for a long while. But also the whole "x years of updates" promise is currently conflicting with the UI7 issue because now the question is - is it still applicable here because there's a chance we won't get this until later
