Hi is there any way I can use 120HZ only instead of adaptive? Or force apps to use 120HZ only. Video streaming apps are too jittery due to issues with the adaptive refresh rate. I remember having the same issue on an s22 ultra a few years ago. The fact this problem still exists is simply staggering.

Hi chris, you can go to settings>display>motion smoothness.
To set certain apps as 120hz, you can set a routine for this when app opened then motion smoothness 120hz. hope this helps you.

I don't know how to do this mate. I'm already on adaptive refresh rate. I'd just like netflix to run at 120HZ only without dropping at all because that will fix the stuttering issue I'm having.

Doesn't let me. I try set the routine but it only gives me two options which is adaptive or standard. There's no 120hz to choose from unfortunately
