Hi is there any way I can use 120HZ only instead of adaptive? Or force apps to use 120HZ only. Video streaming apps are too jittery due to issues with the adaptive refresh rate. I remember having the same issue on an s22 ultra a few years ago. The fact this problem still exists is simply staggering.

Yes but on netflix the Refresh rate drops from 120hz to 24hz constant which is causing the stuttering on video streaming. When I keep my finger on the screen it doesn't drop from 120hz and the stuttering is completely gone.

Well it's going from 120 to 24 so it's 100% something that Samsung need to fix. It would resolve the problem. I'm not the only one who has this issue having checked Google it seems to be affecting a number of people. I appreciate your help mate thank you.

And putting it to Standard refresh doesn't fix the issue either haha. Because it then just goes from 60hz to 24hz constantly which still causes the stutter.

it could be a netflix issue, although you could add this to the feedback option under the help section of the members app, id also recommend you to add this feedback to netflix aswell.

Dude, it's not a Netflix issues, it's not any issue of the apps themselves. It's a variable refresh rate issue. It makes Pokemon GO practically unplayable. Why dismiss that person's question moronically and keep giving vague solutions that don't even solve the problem? So annoying.

It's absurd. Adaptive is frustrating me so much while playing pinball games. It will drop to 30hz if I stop using the flippers for like 2 seconds, and that is jarring, and makes me miss shots. I don't know why that person is saying adaptive is always 120 when the word adaptive itself disproves that. I just want to know how to lock it to 120.
