As title says, they just turn off when I toggle them on. Restarted my phone already.

That's strange, @ebrill. What happens when you try to toggle on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your phone? For example, do you encounter an error message?

No error message at all. It just says "turning on" then nothing happens.

Thanks for letting me know, @ebrill. How long have you been experiencing this issue and, aside from restarting your S23+, have you followed any other steps to get Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connecting again?

It's been happening on and off for about 4 days. Today it won't switch on at all. Not as of yet. I'm not sure what else to try?

Ah, I see. Can you remember if this occurred after taking a certain action on your phone (e.g. installing an app)?

The first step to try would be a soft reset on your phone. This doesn't erase any data, but this solves most connectivity issues by giving your software a fresh start. To do this, press your Power and Volume Down keys together until you see the Samsung logo.

If that doesn't work, I recommend Wiping the cache partition of your S23+:

You'll just need to connect USB-C headphones or earphones to complete these steps, or connect your phone via the USB-C cable to a PC, laptop, or another device that allows a USB-C connection.

Please let me know how you get on.

Neither of these are working either. This is very frustrating.

Can you recall what happened before the issue occurred for the first time? I'm just seeing if we can "reverse engineer" and resolve what might have contributed to this.

Additionally, were you able to follow the steps to soft reset and Wipe the cache partition. or did you encounter an issue completing these steps?

I managed to do the steps but it's not helped. I just reset my phone & it took a good 5 minuted to come back on so I'm guessing there's a problem with the device?

I appreciate you letting me know what you've tried so far. As this issue has only occurred for the last few days, it indicates that either an installation or a hardware change might have contributed to you not being able to connect to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

Has your S23+ sustained any physical damage, been dropped, or can you recall installing a particular app or update just before you started experiencing the connection issues?
