A good troubleshooting tip is > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

I am experiencing the exact same at the moment.
Either my wifi or Bluetooth won't turn on.
This startet after dropping the phone (low hight), and my screen died. Phone still worked and was still connected to my watch via Bluetooth, since I still received all message's and was able to read them on my watch.
Today I had my screen replaced in a repair shop.
At first everything looked fine, but within a few minutes the Bluetooth started turning off and on, later that day the wifi startet doing the same. And then phone startet to restart over and over again.
I know started trying all the tricks I know, all are described in these thread.
Now my phone seams stable, bit I still can't turn on Bluetooth and wifi.
Tommow I'm going back to repair shop, since I might think they messed something up.
