When I plug my Samsung T7 Touch SSD into my S23 Ultra it brings up the warning (see screenshots) that I've removed storage unexpectedly and must restart my phone. I haven't removed it. In fact I've just plugged it in!
I totally ignore the warning and just carry on as normal. Which is copying and transferring files between the two. It doesn't just do that with my

S23U though. It warns exactly the same if you plug the SSD into the S22, A54, A53 and even my Tab S7+!

That's odd usually usb should not do that
Whenever I use thr cable connecting thr s23 to my macbook dex I just disconnect as usual it shouldn't prompt.

I think if it's a software glitch maybe 🤔

Hope anyone can shed any input or solution

That warning shows up when Samsung Portable SSD 1.0 app is installed on the phone. After removing the app, the warning does not show up on my S22+ anymore.

Do you also have the app on your S22 and other devices, where the warning is shown?

Thanks for your answer Neo001, but I've not got that app installed on any of my devices. Including the S23 Ultra.

Mine is also displaying this, I wonder if it's the Samsung magician app 🤣

I've just got the T7 tbh, seems slow, if I use smart switch to do the back up it reckons it's gonna take 12.5hours. I do have about 280gb of data on it tho
