That's certainly a conundrum @celestials
A routine that's set up to run on a specific time and date should activate as so , obviously.
Maybe try deleting the routines that you've set up and reset them back up again to see if that makes a difference.
I've set my Samsung Calendar to start my week on a Sunday. I'm not saying this will resolve the issue but maybe do the same if you haven't already.

My routine for my Friday alarms which is set to turn on each Thursday at 9pm did not activate despite being active.
I've changed my calendar also to start on a Sunday so can't confirm if this fixes my Sunday alarm issue however now it's applying for another day, which is confusing me a lot!
