Does any error message show up when you try and launch your Galaxy Store App @couthiie
If not then the first step is to make sure there's no update for the app. Long press on the app and choose update app.
If that does not help then go into Settings > Apps > Galaxy Store > Storage > Clear Cache to see if that helps.
