A routine that's set up to run on a specific time and date should activate as so , obviously.
Maybe try deleting the routines that you've set up and reset them back up again to see if that makes a difference.
I've set my Samsung Calendar to start my week on a Sunday. I'm not saying this will resolve the issue but maybe do the same if you haven't already.
