Where is the "Auto: Re-dial/ Call retry" feature?

Where is the "Auto: Re-dial" feature/ function in the Samsung Galaxy S23 5G smartphone? Did I miss out on a step to figure it out because I tried it a lot in the dialer pad settings, please the Samsung admins or anyone who knows how to use this feature, if this exists, please guide. If this basic feature is not included by default, I request the necessary samsung team members to take this feedback to the relevant department and fix this in the upcoming updates.

Recents tab at the bottom - should be the top of the list ?

Or I believe if you just click the call button with no other entry in the window, it will pre-fill the last called number

But if the phone line is engaged/ or busy it hangs up and it won't repeatedly redial you have to keep using the last number and redial it again... I had a Huwai phone it kept redialing till the phone number was available...
