Hello @SayWord and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 👋

Seasons Greetings 🎄

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

i.e

https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/mobile-apps-services/can-t-adjust-63-and-125-frequencies-in-the-...

And

https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/mobile-apps-services/s24-ultra-63-and-125-frequencies-in-the-eq-...

In this Reddit thread there appears to be a reply from Samsung to a person who sent this as feedback.

https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyTab/comments/1fno6yf/why_is_samsung_galaxy_tabs_63_hz_and_125_hz

It might be beneficial to also send your feedback to Samsung via the Samsung Members App too for samsung to analyse,  and be more aware of the users needs from the Android App.

And to Google themselves so they know of this too. There is feedback options via the Playstore via the Android App.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
