I know this has already been asked but the responses I could find did not address my issue. I understand why the last two sliders are greyed out for listening to music on a phone or tablet but the problem is, it's also present when using android auto. The sliders are greyed out while listening to music in my vehicle which significantly reduces the bass and makes my system sound flat. Please find a way to make the sliders active for not only bluetooth (headphones, etc.) but also for android auto. I am now using an old S21 to play music in my vehicle as the sliders on that phone are still active.

I have the same issue. I can understand why that would gray those lower frequencies out when playing over the phones speaker but why is it doing it in Android auto?

I have the same issue and it started after the last update. I get it if it doesn't show those frequencies on devices that can't handle those low frequencies but in Android auto? If anything my car sound system is more capable of handling those frequencies than any other device I have. Samsung needs to fix this and push out an update

Hope Samsung will restore the low frequencies on S24 ultra. Users should have the choice to turn it Off or On. It is frustrating when listening to music in Android Auto with a very thin sound signature. Since the source has no low freq's, it affect the sound signature even if the bass of the car stereo's bumped up.

Any chance Samsung will notice this and fix the issue?
