S24 Ultra - 63 and 125 frequencies in the EQ are no longer active in Android Auto

I know this has already been asked but the responses I could find did not address my issue. I understand why the last two sliders are greyed out for listening to music on a phone or tablet but the problem is, it's also present when using android auto.  The sliders are greyed out while listening to music in my vehicle which significantly reduces the bass and makes my system sound flat. Please find a way to make the sliders active for not only bluetooth (headphones, etc.) but also for android auto. I am now using an old S21 to play music in my vehicle as the sliders on that phone are still active.

I have the same issue. I can understand why that would gray those lower frequencies out when playing over the phones speaker but why is it doing it in Android auto?

I have the same issue and it started after the last update. I get it if it doesn't show those frequencies on devices that can't handle those low frequencies but in Android auto? If anything my car sound system is more capable of handling those frequencies than any other device I have. Samsung needs to fix this and push out an update

Hope Samsung will restore the low frequencies on S24 ultra. Users should have the choice to turn it Off or On. It is frustrating when listening to music in Android Auto with a very thin sound signature. Since the source has no low freq's, it affect the sound signature even if the bass of the car stereo's bumped up.

Any chance Samsung will notice this and fix the issue?

I've called Samsung and they clearly have no idea this is even an issue. Forced me to master reset my phone and let them log into it remotely. Couldn't figure out what I was talikg about even after seeing it first hand. Tried to send me to ifixit as if it's a hardware issue. Samsung does not care, I doubt it gets fixed.

OK, OK.. I know this ain't the solution, but I found one. I too, was grayed out on the last two lows. I use poweramp religiosity, & I was tweaking sound settings majorly in PA and UI EQ, swapping between BT and a USB c pass through 3.5mm audio to a rca connection into my cars factory rca. Some configuration opened up the last two sliders.. It's possible.

Now the bad news. Next time I checked, it was gone and I can't reproduce. Something is jacked (pun intended) with my cable audio connect so I can't add that factor back into testing.

I wonder if it's a BT restricted function or the need for rca/usb c to audio requirement. Trying a direct connection may be the key.. Will update when I get a new jumper into my car. GL!
