Hello, I have a question about the Samsung S23 Ultra's music app. When I'm not connected to any earbuds, I can't seem to adjust the 63 and 125 frequencies in the EQ. However, when I connect my earbuds, I can adjust all frequencies without any issues. Could you please help me understand why this is happening?

This is what I had back after reporting this the other week

Our colleagues have taken a look at the Error report you sent and have advised it can be changed in earphone or Bluetooth output, and EQ settings are stored and managed for each pass. In the case of speaker output, the EQ 63,125 Hz band is not only a band that is difficult to output to the mobile speaker, but is also dimly processed so that it cannot be adjusted because it may deteriorate sound quality when arbitrarily changed.

Please let us know if you need anything else by selecting the Ask Again option. ^CH

Thank you. Where did you report it? Before the update to 6.1.1, I was able to do it. Why did they change it? 🤔

EQ low frequencies does not work on my VW car speakers with Android Auto wireless. Why you think people use samsung devices only with airpods or the internal speaker? There are tons of other use cases, icecast speakers, music share, more, why just why?
