The last 2 updates my phone will randomly wig out and click random stuff all over my screen. I updated my phone last night again and now my home bar doesn't even work. Force restarting hasn't changed anything. My lock screen works fine but the second the phone unlocks, my phone automatically clicks Everything. Cleaned my phone very well and it's still doing this. It's been extremely annoying for the past month but now it's completely unusable!! I have never had a phone as bad as this one from everything from glitches down to the horrible quality camera. This is Samsungs mistake not Verizons! Verizon won't do anything to help me, this in a Samsung Software issue. I've used Samsungs for over 10 years now but the way I've been treated through this entire process is Nuts. How is it legal to provide a product (New might I add) and it gets ruined BY THE MANUFACTURER and you have to pay for it?!

Hello @Micaila and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 👋
Seasons Greetings 🎄
I appreciate how frustrating this must be especially as the phone was working fine before this software update.
I note you use Verizon so it might be also beneficial to also submit your post in your own regions section of the Samsung Community Forum Section for a more appropriate detailed response. If you perform a forum search in your own region you may find help too.
In regards to your " cleaning " the phone if you haven't already please try these ttoo.My apologies if you have performed these already.
1. Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
2. Send feedback directly to Samsung via your Samsung Members App too for Samsung to analyse, so they can look at software updates that include a fix.
3. As a very last resort back up and factory reset.
Also as a troubleshooting step consider Safe Mode.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

This is my Galaxy A05s, still under warranty, and the last SW update made it useless. It won't start!
