Web protection issue

Having problems with my Web protection being turned off the message I get is

Web Protection issue Web Protection was disabled by your device's Power, App or Battery optimizer To avoid this, go to your device's Settings area and exclude Bitdefender Mobile Security from being closed when the optimization occurs, then TURN ON Web Protection by allowing Accessibility. The exclusion steps are different depending on the model of your device. Contact the manufacturer for assistance 

Anyone know how I solve this looked trough settings and can't figure it out.

Have you spoken to Bitdefender in regard to this @Kjt57 ?
