Settings > sound and vibrations > system vibrations. Did you toggle off all the settings?
Are you using Samsung keyboard? If not, you may have to go into the settings in the actually keyboard app you use. Fingerprint recognition, I can't find anything in biametrics, so not sure if that's possible to turn vibration off.

@NinjaSpectre07: If some app notifications are still producing a vibration, then please head to Settings > Apps > Select an affected app > Notifications > Notification categories > Select a category > Vibrate, and toggle this option off. Go back and repeat the previous step for all relevant categories, and check to see if you notice an improvement.
