Please can we have the ability to make the app drawer vertical scrolling using One UI, it is surely about time as almost every other launcher has the option. I don't understand why this hasn't already been added as it just feels more natural to me as you are swiping up to access the app drawer so it would make sense to continue your swipe up to scroll through your apps. It would just make the One UI experience so much nicer. I know that you could just use another launcher like nova but I still don't understand why this isn't an option on One UI.

Hello @Tomic-X, what @neils31 is talking about is Good Lock/Make up/HomeUp.
You install Good Lock from Galaxy Store, it is an official Samsung app.
You get 8 Frequently Used apps at the top under a Priority App heading. The default apps do not change until you have opened a new app twice.
This is my default setup now so much easier and quicker.

This is what I've been wanting for so long I hate the dated horizontal app drawer. The one you can do in Good Lock app is rubbish

Consider using the free MS Launcher.

I use it to change the number of columns / rows, the grid setup, in the Home page and App drawer.

You also have the option to make the App drawer vertical, which is what I have.

It's worth your time to give it a spin.

Totally agree with this thread. 3rd party solutions are not worth it and it is about time for Samsung to offer a native option.

Homeup doesn't work with oneUI6 and android 14. As it's an official Samsung app this is unacceptable. Please Samsung give me my vertical app drawer back
