Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community!

Very first- DO NOT blow into it. Moisture can break the port. Do not use any water

IMO 2 ways-
Air canister.

2- isopropyl alcohol- very small amount and a soft brush

If you take it to a phone shop they will clean it for you for free. They have all the tools. You can clean it yourself with a blunt needle but you have to be very gentle because you can damage it easily. There are tools on Amazon and Ebay and they are quite cheap.
