I’ve had my S23 for a few months, and the moisture detection warning keeps popping up, even though the USB-C port is clean and dry. Tried everything: cleared USB settings, wiped cache, cleaned the port. Nothing works.
This feature is way too sensitive, a bit of humidity and the phone refuses to charge. What’s the point? If actual moisture hits, the phone’s likely already damaged. All this does is brick a “premium” device for no reason. No way to disable it, no proper fix, and Samsung support just repeats the same basic steps. How is this acceptable on a flagship phone? This shouldn’t be happening at all, let alone after a few weeks of light use. It’s a joke....

Contact Samsung support and let them deal with it and fix it assuming it is under warranty and is a hardware failure
