I keep getting the dust and moisture detection error in my S23. Everything was fine until I updated it to One Ui7. I have already donde the cleaning and drying of the charging port, it goes away for a day then comes back even if I don't do anything. I regularly clean my phone and try to keep everything in check, but after the update I can't even charge my phone for hours.

For anyone experiencing this issue, I'd recommend going through the suggestions from our website:
If none of the steps work, it would be worth arranging for an engineer to carry out an inspection. You can do this by either contacting our Support team via https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/ or arranging a repair at https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/

Same issue. I found out that after update to Ui7 my phone (s23) charges more than 2.5h instead of 1.25h (original 25w charger). So, fast charging is not working, because I see just charging message (not fast) and when I try to connect another charger or PC, moisture error appears, but if I connect original charger, the phone continue charging without error, but without fast charging. So I tried clean USB port, but nothing, it is clean 100%. Also I tried different chargers, ugreen, Samsung, one plus, Noname chargers, original and another different usb wires... and nothing. Also I sometimes when phone is charging, after 80% can appeared moisture error, but phone just stay on table

I have tried multiple chargers and now I have also factory reset my phone multiple times. Still same issue. USB charging port also looks normal / undamaged

I contacted Samsung support and the customer service agent says that they will charge for the repair if the phone is out of warranty. Seriously!
