What is the problem of my device?  What shoult i do to take update?

Your question has been answered multiple times on this Forum. A search would have provided you the answers.

Which country are you in?
Which retailer did you buy your device from?

Your device will almost certainly be from a different region to the one it is being used in.

To resolve

1. Try Smartswitch
2. Get a sim card for the country / region device is intended for, connect and then update.

It is a US device with us firmware

Buy and use both are Bangladesh.

Looks like you're device is actually for the US market.

We see this a lot.

You might be better off returning the device depending on what platform you bought it from as it isn't designed to work in your region if you're not receiving software updates.
