After updating my phone to OneUI6 Android 14 my smart case is no longer working and today I have discovered the NFC isn't working either so no longer able to pay for anything. Both stopped working after the update. Have tried contacting Samsung who just say clear the cache which I have done, there are no service centres near me for me to go to. Have logged a error report which they said they would get back to me but have heard nothing. Anyone else had any issues or know how I get this update off my phone and go back to what it was

Ok, I know my son did check the diagnostics and it came back OK but it still doesn't work. Will get my son to do it for me tmw, how do you get it in recovery mode please?

I'm experiencing the same issues too! The price of these phones and can't make a call without restarting it. It worked fine before the update so why was the update needed?

Awful isn't it, I bought my phone and case from them brand new it's only 8 months old and worked completely fine before their update. Have been on the phone to them loads. They had me trying all sorts of things, now they want me to completely set it back to factory reset. Why can't they just fix it and do a new update. Annoying thing is as well is there are no Samsung repair shops near me, nearest one is a 2hr drive away

My smart case is also broken with the One UI 6.0 update.  I haven't tested the NFC, but this case is too cumbersome to tolerate if the phone doesn't recognize it.  I'm fully annoyed.

I have just managed to fix mine this morning. Pain to do, but it has worked, I ended up having to back everything up and reset the phone to factory settings. The case and NFC are all working again now. Have spent all morning reinstalling back up and signing into my accounts again

I can't go into my apps whilst I have my WiFi on..I can only use on my data why is this? Only happened since update

My smart case is no longer working, as well, and my Samsung is not updating to the newer firmware updates. I don't know what is going on. I tried everything except the factory reset already.
