Forgive me if you already tried this, but is NFC enabled in Quick panel?

In the end, I had to. Visit the Samsung Centre in Oxford St where they backed up and flashed my devices OS. Then reloaded Android 13.
Although if you haven't joined the beta program, you may have another issue. Suggest booking an appointment at the Samsung Centre.
Usually they do this for free.

You never directly responded to my post, the one where I posted a screenshot of Quick panel showing the NFC option.
To be certain, NFC is in fact enabled in Quick panel?

USB-C headphones will no longer work to get into recovery mode. Either plug into a PC, some have been able to on another device. I use my Samsung tablet. Or even a USB port on a TV. Read through all the link before you go ahead with wiping cache partition.
