FEB Patch Released For " EUX " but my S23 Ultra can't recognise that there's a new update ( other updates have been fine )

Samsung release in batches to manage their servers so it will be a waiting game. Can take from a few days to a few weeks to get round to everyone.

ok Thank you does explain why other People In the UK have the update e.g. EE <- mobile phone provider

That's showing O2 unlocked provider so it's on EUX for Europe and UK
